Add soy milk to flour, basically 2:1, add eggs, sesame seeds, dried shrimps, you can also add a few wolfberries, add salt and mix evenly.

I like to add oil to the batter to avoid uneven oiling in the non-stick pan. Heat the pan over high heat, turn to low heat, pour in the batter, and rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly. Once one side is fried, fry the other side.
