Fish head and tofu soup

This dish is made from leftovers. Why do you say that? Today is the festival, so naturally I want to make a fish. I decided to make black soy sauce fish cubes (the recipe has been uploaded). Fish heads and bones are not used. I bought a piece of lettuce to make shredded sesame oil lettuce (the recipe has been uploaded), but the lettuce leaves were frozen and not much was usable. So I bought a box of lactone tofu and made it into a soup with fish heads, bones and lettuce leaves. Wow! It tastes delicious!

Marinate the fish head and bones with cooking wine and a little salt for ten minutes, then fry with a little oil until both sides are slightly brown.

Prepare ginger slices and green onion slices.

Pour a little oil into the pot, sauté the ginger and green onions until fragrant, add enough water, add the fish head and bones, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for seven or eight minutes.

Wash lettuce leaves.

Add to the boiled fish soup, then add the diced lactone tofu, add salt and pepper, and serve after the vegetable leaves are cooked.
