Cordyceps flower meatballs
Overview
Modern people's lives are stressful, and there are all kinds of problems and pressures in all aspects. There is no way to completely ignore them, so we can only fight them in the best possible state. In addition to getting enough sleep and exercising, a nutritious diet is also very important to maintain the best state. Recently, I bought 3 pounds of Cordyceps flowers for my parents. It’s a bit monotonous just for making soup, so I want to make more recipes to introduce to my parents and friends. Last week I made Cordyceps flower meatballs for my parents and they were unanimously praised, haha!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the required materials first;
-
Soak the Cordyceps flowers in water until soft;
-
Chop the pork;
-
Add soaked Cordyceps flowers and chop them together;
-
Just keep the cordyceps flowers from the meat (I don’t like the meat to be chopped too finely, so I like to use a meat grinder to mince the meat);
-
Add egg white;
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar and stir evenly;
-
Take 25 grams of meat and shape into a round shape;
-
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat;
-
Put the meatballs on top and steam them over high heat for 15 minutes (you can't steam them for too long, as the meat will become too old and taste bad. I steamed them over high heat in an induction cooker for 15 minutes, which is just fine).
