Overview
You can make fluffy and soft hand-teared bread without planting seeds or kneading gloves. It is simple and easy to make, and is most suitable for baking beginners

Steps
-
Except butter, mix all the ingredients, knead by hand into a dough and put it into the bread machine, then add softened butter, start the kneading program of the bread machine and set it for 25 to 30 minutes (when kneading by hand, as long as the dough is smooth, it can be put into the bread machine)
-
After 25 minutes of kneading, the dough can be pulled out into a slightly thicker film. No gloves are needed. Shape it, put it in a container, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for basic fermentation
-
Ferment until it doubles in size. If it does not shrink back when you insert your finger into it, it means the fermentation is successful
-
Place the dough on a kneading mat and knead gently to deflate, divide into 3 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes
-
Roll one of the dough into a long strip and roll it up from right to left
-
Roll it up and put it into the mold, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment it for the second time (it’s hot, I fermented it at room temperature)
-
After it has risen to 8 or 9 minutes, brush the surface of the dough with egg wash (the purpose is to make the color of the bread look good)
-
Place in the lower shelf of the preheated oven and heat up and down to 160 degrees for 40 minutes
-
When the bread is pulled apart, the strings are obvious
-
The internal tissue is delicate and soft. If you tear it with your hands and eat it, it’s a great meal!
