Overview
I learned how to make fish-flavored eggplant from the Internet. I simplified the steps and ingredients to make it easier to cook. I personally think it’s delicious this way. Authentic fish-flavored eggplant is a little sweeter. If you don’t like sweet food, you can reduce the amount of sugar.

Cut eggplant into strips and set aside.
