Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a tenderloin, some cheese and a sausage or ham.
-
Remove the white membrane from the tenderloin and cut into thin slices, leaving the first slice uncut and the second slice cut off.
-
Cut all into two pieces of meat connected at the bottom. Gently pound the meat slices with a rolling pin.
-
Add a little salt, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil and chicken powder to the meat slices, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.
-
Take out a piece of marinated meat, open it, put a piece of cheese and a piece of ham, then close the meat piece.
-
Do this for all cuts of meat.
-
Beat an egg, and prepare a plate of starch and a plate of bread crumbs.
-
Take a piece of meat and coat it with a layer of starch first, then a layer of egg liquid and finally a layer of bread crumbs. Wrap in bread crumbs thickly so as not to expose the meat.
-
Wrap them all up in turn.
-
Put more oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is 40 to 50% hot, add the meat slices and fry them over low heat.
-
Fry slowly over low heat until golden brown on both sides and remove when the surface is crispy. Use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
-
Finish with condensed milk or tomato sauce for dipping.
