Dorayaki--no filling version
Overview
Until now, I still like to watch Doraemon... When I was a child, I thought Doraemon's favorite cake was only found in cartoons. It was not until later that I learned that the tempting cake is called Dorayaki!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all materials.
-
Add the eggs to the fine sugar and mix well. Since I don’t have any fine sugar at home, I used powdered sugar instead.
-
Add 1 tsp honey and mix well.
-
Sift in the flour and baking powder and beat evenly.
-
Add the melted butter and mix well, then place in the refrigerator for ten minutes and take out.
-
Add milk gradually to adjust batter consistency.
-
Pour a small spoonful of batter into the preheated pan and heat over low heat.
-
When there are many small holes on the surface, you can turn it over with the help of a flat shovel.
-
Flip and fry again until the surface is golden brown.
-
If you like it sweeter, you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on it.
