Preserved egg mixed with tofu
Overview
It may be a bit cool to post this in this weather, but it is indeed often on my family’s Friday porridge menu. The warm multigrain porridge, very refreshing side dishes to accompany the porridge, and the fragrant steamed buns are easy to make and rich in nutrients.

Get the ingredients ready.

Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch it in a pot of boiling water for a few seconds (add some salt to the boiling water) and take it out.

Cut preserved eggs into small pieces.

Add some vinegar to fresh soy sauce and mix with sesame oil.

Cut the mustard into fine pieces.

Just mix it all together.
