Steamed crucian carp
Overview
Crucian carp is mostly used in soups and eaten fried or grilled. In fact, the meat of crucian carp is tender and very delicious even when steamed.

Slaughter the crucian carp, remove the scales, gills, internal organs, wash and set aside. The black lining in the belly of the fish must be removed.

Make a few cuts on the fish to facilitate the flavoring. Add salt, appropriate amount of shredded green onions, shredded ginger, a small amount of soy sauce, and white pepper and submerge for 10 minutes

Discard the water that has flooded out. Steam the fish in a steamer for 10 minutes. Take out the fish, add shredded green onions, ginger, and bell peppers to the fish, and pour soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce. Heat oil in another pan, fry until cooked and pour on fish.
