Vegetarian Pork Floss
Overview
I used the leftover bean dregs from making soy milk and tofu, and made my own black bean vegetarian meat floss. It is delicious to drink with porridge. I can scoop a spoonful of it when I have free time and eat it as a snack and to replenish energy. Although it is more troublesome to make, and it is not as crispy and delicious as the meat floss bought outside, but I feel more at ease when I make it myself.
