It’s the season of eating pineapples again, so I made pineapple rice bento for my children to take to school. It’s sour, sweet, appetizing and refreshing, it’s simple and nutritious!

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and soak in sugar water. Peel the sweet peas and set aside.

Remove the heads, open the backs and devein the shrimp lines from the live shrimps, blanch them in water and peel off the shells to get the meat; blanch the sweet peas and remove them for later use. Add a little oil and salt when blanching to make the color more beautiful.

Put corn oil and butter into the pot at a ratio of 3:1, and add butter to enhance the flavor. This step is up to your own preference.

After the oil is hot, add onions and carrots and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the rice, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly. You can use your own seasonings!
