I prefer a light diet, and it should be simple but nutritious at night. Boil water and add an appropriate amount of noodles. Add as much as you want! Add some salt.

While the noodles are cooking, chop 3 types of peppers and coriander!

After the noodles are cooked, let them cool down. Don't turn off the heat yet and put some mutton slices in the noodle soup. Once the color changes, take it out of the pot. Add some light soy sauce to taste and put it on the plate. It’s even better when paired with some 🍹 that you usually squeeze.
