Prepare the ingredients

Wash the zucchini, peel it and grate it into shreds, sprinkle with a little salt and marinate for a few minutes

After beating the eggs, add flour and make it flowable

Cut mustard into small pieces

Squeeze out the water from the marinated zucchini shreds

Add shredded zucchini and mustard into the prepared egg mixture and stir evenly

After the pan is hot, pour a small amount of oil, ladle in the batter and evenly cover the bottom of the pan

Fry over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, flip over, and fry for another 2 minutes.
