Marinated mushrooms with sesame seeds
Overview
Sesame-braised shiitake mushrooms are actually shiitake mushrooms braised in sweet noodle sauce, and sprinkled with white sesame seeds when served. It’s that simple. This dish can be eaten cold or hot. Take a bite and your mouth will be filled with soup and the aroma of sesame seeds. It goes well with wine and rice.

Remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash them and squeeze out the water.

Put a little oil in the pot, add the mushrooms and fry briefly.
