Durian Layer Cake
Overview
My wife and I both like to eat durian. In the summer, if we buy too much and we can’t finish it, we make it into thousand layers. It tastes better when frozen~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add a small spoonful of powdered sugar to two eggs and beat until combined. Add 300ml of milk and 20g of melted butter in a bowl with warm water. Stir thoroughly to combine
-
Use a sieve to slowly sift in a total of 120g of low-gluten flour several times, stirring with a whisk while putting it aside. After everything is mixed, filter it through a sieve again, then put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it thicker
-
While waiting, crush the durian meat with a spoon
-
Take a frying pan, put no oil over low heat, put in a layer of batter that just covers the bottom of the pan, fry until bubbles appear in the middle and then take it out
-
Each two pieces of prepared pie crust can be separated with plastic wrap to prevent them from sticking, and let cool
-
Mix the cream and durian pulp thoroughly. You can also prepare some diced mango, depending on your personal taste
-
Place a layer of pie crust at the bottom, and then spread a layer of cream. You can add a little diced mango according to taste, and then spread a layer of pie crust until the last layer is spread. Place it in the refrigerator for three or four hours, then take it out and cut it into pieces
-
Cut into pieces and you’re ready to eat!
