Stir-fried peppers with sausage

Overview

A spicy addition to rice, the finished sausage is simple!

Steam the spicy sausages made in the meat joint shop in a steamer, let cool and slice them for later use
Cut green pepper into cubes and set aside
When the pan is hot, add sausage and stir-fry until oil comes out, pour in white wine
Pour in the green pepper and stir-fry for a few times and it’s ready to serve!
