-
Add potatoes and stir-fry
-
Add a drop or two of soy sauce. If you don’t like it, you can leave it out
-
Add half a spoonful of salt. If you have a mild taste, you don’t need to add it. The curry cubes have their own salt
-
Add water until the ingredients are just covered
-
Add the rice cake strips prepared in advance
-
Turn on high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and cover the pot.
-
When the ingredients in the pot are about 90% cooked, turn off the heat, let it sit for a minute, and then add the curry cubes. I only put two cubes in! Everyone watch and release
-
Wait for the curry cubes to melt, turn on medium-low heat and collect the soup
-
If you like the soup, you can boil it as much or as little as you like, but if you don’t like the soup, boil it longer
-
Take out of the pot and serve with rice. The rice cakes are also super delicious
