Herbed Grilled Prawns with Ripe Mango

The main materials are ready;

Peel the garlic and chop together with the rosemary and thyme leaves and set aside;

After removing the heads and shells of the prawns, open the back and remove the devein and set aside;

Put the cleaned shrimps into a sealed bag, add minced garlic, rosemary and thyme, then add olive oil, salt and pepper and knead well, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes;

During this period, dice the mango flesh, chop the coriander, mix evenly and add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste;
