One potato, peeled and washed.

Cut into small cubes.

Garlic sprouts, red pepper.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry garlic sprouts, red pepper, and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.

Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry a few times.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for two to three minutes.

Appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Pour in appropriate amount of hotpot base and bring to a boil.

Remove the juice from the heat, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
