  1. One potato, peeled and washed.

  4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry garlic sprouts, red pepper, and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.

  5. Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry a few times.

  6. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for two to three minutes.
