Bacon Bread
Overview
I made mini burgers a few days ago, and they tasted good. I decided to make them again, but in a different way, with bacon buns that have a slightly salty texture. The recipes are basically the same, but there are differences in sweetness, saltiness and appearance.

Put all the ingredients except carrots into the bread machine and start kneading.

After two hours the dough has risen. Remove the exhaust and continue fermentation for 50 minutes.

After the second fermentation is completed, divide it into ten small doughs, knead them, and then rise.

Chop the bacon and carrots, fry them and set aside... Add nothing but a little salt.

Fold it, fold it again, and then use a knife to cut it without cutting it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes and set aside

After finishing, place on the baking sheet, put in the oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

That’s it, originally I wanted to call it bacon heart-shaped buns, but they don’t look like heart-shaped buns. A bit ugly, but the taste has not changed, it is still crispy and delicious.
