Braised Pork Intestines
Overview
Pork rice rolls are still very common in daily life. You should choose good rice rolls so that they taste fragrant and full of flavor when chewed. Pork vermicelli is very delicious when used to braise pork. It is best to use pork belly. I use the fat from the pork belly because someone in my family likes to eat fat meat.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork intestines, put them in a pot and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes.
-
Cut the cooked pork sausage and raw pork into pieces
-
Heat the oil in the pan, add the pork and stir-fry it randomly, but do not stir-fry until it is cooked. Then put the pork rice sausage down and turn it over twice. Just turn it over twice.
-
Add the soup used to cook the rice rolls, and add some water to cover the rice rolls and meat. Pour in soy sauce.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down the heat to collect the juice, add salt and bring to the pot. (Our family doesn’t like to eat those leftovers, so we didn’t add other ingredients. You can add some tangerine peel and star anise when cooking.)
