Steamed Prawns with Garlic Vermicelli
Overview
For this year’s New Year’s Eve dinner, I suggested that each person make a specialty dish. My husband chose the cold dish with frozen skin. Haha, it looked like he was lazy, so I was in charge of the prawns. In the past, it was steamed or stir-fried, but today I tried steaming it with minced garlic, and the result was very satisfying. The New Year is here, and I wish all the delicious foodies and foodies good luck in the Year of the Monkey*^_^*
