Grilled chicken wings
Overview
When having a barbecue on a summer night, chicken wings are indispensable (the wings are rich in collagen compared to the tips and roots of the wings, which are good for maintaining skin luster and enhancing skin elasticity). This is a masterpiece personally created by the head of my household. The taste is really amazing! Sometimes I really wonder where men’s understanding and talent come from?

Bought frozen chicken wings

Clean it up (you can also blanch it in boiling water for a while)

Onion, ginger, garlic and onion slices

Marinate with cooking wine, pepper noodles, chili noodles, pepper noodles, aniseed noodles, salt, starch, and the onions, ginger, garlic and onion slices just cut into pieces for about three to four hours

Place the marinated chicken wings on the baking sheet

Use upper and lower heat to grill both sides at the same time until golden brown on both sides, about 20 minutes. (Set the time according to your own oven)
