Pan-fried sunfish
Overview
I am a person who is afraid of the smell of fish. I don’t often order fish when I go out because I am afraid that it will be too fishy to eat. But fish is nutritious, so you can’t stop eating it just because it’s fishy, so you need to learn how to cook fish. The sunfish is small in size and has rich and sweet meat, so it doesn’t take a lot of time to cook.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: Wash the sunfish and ask the store to remove the scales and internal organs when you buy it. Stuff two slices of ginger into each fish
-
Ingredients: Ginger slices, scallions cut into sections (I accidentally cut them into pieces)
-
Ingredients: green cut flowers
-
Ingredients: Mix appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar and water into a bowl
-
Heat oil over high heat, add scallions and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant
-
Sauté the ginger and green onion, then add the fish to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. If you are not familiar with it, turn it over occasionally to avoid burning it
-
After frying, pour in the bowl of water you prepared first, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, cover and simmer for a few minutes
-
When the juice is almost reduced, sprinkle in the chopped green onion, stir it over a little and it's ready to serve. Don’t make the juice too dry here. Personally, I think leaving some juice will make the taste and color better

Come out of the pot! The delicious and not fishy fish is finished.
