Mustard mustard and bean sprout soup
Overview
This is definitely a vegetarian soup. Although there is no drop of oil in it, the taste is not bad at all. This is entirely due to the addition of soybean sprouts and celery.

Wash the soybean sprouts

Cut celery and mustard into sections

Add water to the pot, add peppercorns and star anise and bring to a boil

After the water boils, add the soybean sprouts

Cook for about 5 minutes

Add mustard shreds

Add celery and continue cooking

Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Add a little salt and cook for a while
