Overview
I can’t remember the day I did it. The basic fermentation time of the sauerkraut machine is 75 hours. After the countdown ended, there was no time to make it come out in time. After a delay of a day or two, it caught up with this unusual day. Fortunately, sauerkraut usually does not die in the womb and will always see the light of day.
