Cheese and ham pizza (super detailed)
Overview
I made the pizza yesterday, and many friends asked me to teach them how to make it. In fact, I am also a novice. The first time I made it, I was so successful, and I am happy to share it with you. I will try it again today. Hehe, maybe I will forget the recipe and check it out again in the future.

Steps
-
Make pizza base low gluten 210g
-
High-gluten flour for making pizza base 90g
-
Put all the cake base ingredients into a bread machine. If you don't have a bread machine, knead the dough with your hands until soft, about 15 minutes. The ingredients include 210g of high-gluten flour, 90g of low-gluten flour, 190g of water, 20g of vegetable oil, 5g of salt, 5g of yeast, 15g of sugar, and 12g of milk powder
-
After mixing, wait for it to ferment at a temperature of about 28 degrees for one hour.
-
While waiting for fermentation, you can make pizza sauce. Cut half an onion into small pieces
-
4-5 cloves of garlic cut into pieces
-
Put the onion and garlic into one piece
-
Cut tomatoes into cubes, about 2 medium tomatoes
-
5g salt
-
35g butter
-
5g freshly ground black pepper
-
Lost herbs and tomato paste can be omitted, but I think adding a little more flavorful
-
Put the butter into the boiling wok
-
Coat the wok
-
Add all the minced garlic and onions
-
Stir fry over medium heat, being careful not to burn it
-
Add diced tomatoes
-
Continue to stir-fry
-
tablespoons tomato sauce
-
After frying everything evenly, if there is a lot of tomato juice, reduce the juice over high heat, and finally add the herbs
-
Dish up after frying. To be used...
-
It's almost ready. Now let's prepare the pizza dough, about 200g of mozzarella cheese. The portion size of a bowl of rice after cutting
-
For the same amount of ham, you can actually use less ham. I put more than half
-
A small green pepper
-
I bought it at a special price in Hong Kong and spread it on the noodles. It is actually the same as the cheese in front, this one is shredded and that one is sliced
-
A small dish of corn, 30g
-
The fermented dough is very sticky and can be divided into 2 to 3 minutes
-
I gave it 2 points
-
Spread some flour on the table, take one portion and start kneading the dough
-
Spread some vegetable oil on a baking sheet
-
Shiny bright
-
Place the kneaded dough on the baking sheet
-
Use a fork to poke holes in the dough
-
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce
-
Fill with mozzarella cheese
-
Put in lots and lots of ham, ouch, my mouth is watering
-
Another thick layer
-
Then add the remaining green peppers, corn ham and a layer of cheese
-
Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
-
Take it out after 10 minutes, spread another layer of cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.
-
Who has as much cheese as I do, gorge yourself!
