I bought medium-rare pig intestines. When I got home, I turned the intestines over and pulled out the lymph node-like things inside and cleaned them.

After cleaning, turn the pig intestines back to their original shape. Wash and drain off the water.

I put cooking wine, minced ginger, salt and dark soy sauce to marinate it.

Put braised peppercorns and star anise in the pot, boil the water and marinate the large intestine for thirty minutes.

Cut the large intestines and add some green peppers and onions for later use.

Heat the pan, add oil, add millet pepper and garlic, stir-fry, add onion and pepper, stir-fry, add light soy sauce and chicken essence, then add cooked large intestine. Turn off the heat in one minute. You can also add garlic at the end.
