Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until the flour and egg yolk paste are completely mixed. This step will cause defoaming to some extent, but don't worry, this is normal.

Pour the mixture into a paper cup, about 50% full. The paper cup I used here is medium-sized. Adjust the temperature to 210 degrees and it will take about 8 minutes. The oven I use here is Changdi CRTF32G, which has easy temperature control.
