Overview
Thanks to Meitian and Tianji companies for their trust in allowing me to participate in the Tianji DGZN22-22BWG cloud intelligent water-proof electric stew pot experience. After trying to make porridge and pork rib soup, I feel that it is really a practical, convenient and beautiful pot. Today I used its reservation function to make the most homely and nourishing Tremella soup, which is also very worry-free and delicious. After I put the ingredients in the evening, I use the mobile APP to reserve the start time and simmer for 2 and a half hours. When the time is up, it automatically enters the keep warm state and can be enjoyed as soon as I get up in the morning. For working people, when you get home from get off work, you don’t have much time to cook a pot of nutritious soup slowly and warmly for your family. This handsome pot has fulfilled my long-awaited wish, allowing me to bring more nutritious and delicious soup to my family.

Soak the white fungus first.

Here is a little tip: Tremella fuciformis is difficult to cook, but as long as we tear it into small pieces after soaking it, it will become much easier to cook it and save a lot of time.

Put white fungus, coix seed and yellow rock sugar in a large cup.

Add the right amount of water at a time, and the water will not be reduced after cooking.

Place a gasket in the inner pot and add water to cover the water level before adding the cup.

Put the inner pot of the Tianji pot into a large pot, pour water along the lid and turn the pot lid gently, so that the pot lid is water-tight.

Reserve the time as needed. I chose to simmer for 2 and a half hours.

Finally, add the wolfberry and simmer for a while. It is best to add the wolfberry about 5-10 minutes before serving.
