Winter Melon and Pork Bone Soup
Overview
This soup-making started from a misunderstanding. I was full of joy and thought that the hairy melon had grown up, because the body of the winter melon was also covered with hair when it was hanging on the tree. I picked it off and washed it, but I didn’t know that it was actually a winter melon. So let’s make winter melon soup.
