Wash the chives and cut into sections, and cut the dried tofu into strips.

After preheating the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature rises, pour in the dried beans and fry for a while.

Fry until the surface is golden brown and then add the scallions.

Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of salt, Nande and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir fry until vegetables are cooked through.

Remove and serve on a plate.
