Old-fashioned bread

Old-fashioned bread

Overview

Today's old-fashioned bread uses the recipe of Teacher Aihezi, and the taste is not ordinary. This is the first time for me to share the recipe in Meitian. I used to do it because I was afraid of trouble. Today's delicacy is really too tempting, so I want to share it with everyone. These photos were taken by a combination of mobile phone and camera. I am not very good at uploading them for the first time, so please don’t laugh at me.

  1. Mix the ingredients in the starter evenly and place in a warm place to ferment.

  2. The fermented starter has a honeycomb shape inside, as shown in the picture.

  3. Mix the ingredients in the main dough (except butter) with the starter and knead it into a dough.

  4. In order to save time and effort, I put the dough into the bread machine and started the kneading setting. After 20 minutes, I added the softened butter and continued to knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, the dough was almost complete and started to ferment.

  5. Fermentation is over. The dough is so smooth and cute.

  6. Take out the dough and divide it into six parts of the same size. You can shape it as you like, because it’s stupid to collect it yourself. If you can’t shape it according to other people’s methods, you might as well just do whatever you want. The buns have meat but not in the pleats, hehe.

  7. Take four pieces of dough and put them into the cake mold. I put the other four dough into the toast mold

  8. The fermented dough is white, fat and cute.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. When the color reaches your liking, cover it with tin foil immediately to prevent it from getting too dark. Picture of the finished product. I took several photos in total, but I don’t know why I couldn’t upload them, which is a bit regretful. Immediately after the bread comes out of the oven, brush it with a layer of melted butter. Okay, you're done, just wait for it to cool and eat. It feels good to be able to make delicious food that you and your family like.
