Crispy Fried Milk
Overview
There’s no one who doesn’t like the crispy fried milk, especially my sister who likes desserts, she loves it. You can also make it at home. The crispy outer skin and sweet milk core make it a real pleasure to eat. As the saying goes: it’s so delicious that it makes you cry. Take a bite of fried milk, that's what it tastes like.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh the milk, sugar and cornstarch. Put into milk pot. Mix well.
-
Heat the induction cooker over low heat and stir while heating to form a paste. Turn off the heat.
-
Prepare a utensil in advance, preferably a long one. Cover with plastic wrap. I use a glass crisper.
-
Pour the cooked milk paste into the crisper, spread it flat and cover it. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
-
This is a batter made from 80g of low-gluten flour, 110g of water and about 4g of baking powder.
-
After the fresh milk has cooled and solidified, take it out and cut it into long strips or squares as you like.
-
Add a piece of fresh milk and cover it with the batter.
-
Directly add the hot oil to the frying spoon, flip and fry until both sides are golden brown.
-
Fried everything, let it cool slightly before eating, be careful not to burn it.
