Mix pure milk, bacterial powder, and white sugar, stir evenly, seal with two layers of plastic wrap, and place in the third layer of the oven

Oven modulation fermentation button, select Normal timer, ferment for 9 hours. It can start at 10 o'clock in the evening and close at 7 o'clock in the morning, which is very convenient.
