Overview
This dish is light, delicious and nutritious. There is no salt in making this dish. It is not only comfortable for the stomach but also healthy. Although there is no salt, some oyster sauce and light soy sauce are added to enhance the taste, so although this dish is light, it is still delicious.

Remove the old leaves and stems from the cabbage.

Wash the selected cabbage sum in water.

Shred the ginger and garlic, prepare one spoon of oyster sauce and light soy sauce, and three spoons of water.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add some salt and a little oil to the water, blanch the cabbage in the boiling water until cooked, remove and place on a plate for later use.

Heat up the wok, pour in a little oil to heat, add shredded ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry briefly.
