Put the water chestnut flour and cornstarch into a container.

Add 400ML water and mix well.

Add sugar to the pan.

Add 500ML water and boil into sugar water.

Pour the cooked sugar water into step 2. Become half-cooked powder paste.

Boil water in a pot and put in the mold.
