Home version of Northeastern fried pork
Overview
Sometimes I get greedy and miss the teppanyaki from the Northeastern barbecue restaurant outside, so I try it at home and transform the teppanyaki into a home version of stir-fried pork. The finished product is yellow and bright in color, and the pork belly absorbs the aroma of sauerkraut. It tastes very satisfying! It has a salty and sour taste and goes very well with rice!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Buy an appropriate amount of pickled cabbage from the vegetable market and choose the part with more leaves.
-
Cut the kimchi into shreds and soak in water for about 10 minutes to remove some of the salt and dust.
-
Prepare Northeastern barbecue marinated meat ingredients.
-
Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add onion slices and marinade ingredients, mix well, and let marinate for about 1 hour to absorb the flavor.
-
In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil.
-
Add the marinated pork belly (pick out the onion slices and discard them) and fry slowly over medium-low heat.
-
When the meat slices are dry and yellow, and the oil is cooked out, turn to high heat and pour in the drained kimchi shreds.
-
Stir-fry briefly, add a little salt and chicken essence before serving, turn off the heat, put on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
