Mango Pudding and Purple Sweet Potato Pudding
Overview
Now is the time to eat mangoes, so I bought two Taiwanese Narcissus mangoes, ate one, and left one to make pudding for a change~

Cut the mango and steamed purple sweet potato into cubes.

Put them separately into a food processor and puree until smooth.

Add the milk to the sugar and place over the fire to bring to a boil.

Soak gelatine sheets in water.

Add the gelatine sheets to the milk and stir to dissolve.

Add the milk to the stirred mango puree and purple sweet potato puree respectively, and continue to stir evenly.

Boil the pudding bottles in boiling water and let them dry.

Pour the two solutions into the pudding bottle, close the lid and refrigerate.

Serve once the pudding has set.
