1. 1 Remove ham sausage casing and cut into two pieces

   

2. 2 The divided ham sausage is divided into two again, leaving 2 to 3cm at the end

   

3. 3 Turn the divided ham over and make it into a heart shape as shown in the picture

   

4. 4 Use toothpicks to secure the bottom and the heart shape is completed

   

5. 5 Heat the oil in a pan, put the hearts into the pan, then break the eggs into the heart shapes, sprinkle salt on the eggs, and fry until both sides are golden brown!
