Wash the fish

Put some salt and cornstarch and spread evenly on both sides

Add shredded ginger to remove the fishy smell

Put it in a steamer and steam it for about 20 minutes. Don’t steam it for too long as the meat will become slippery

Chop ginger, garlic and green onions and set aside

Steam and take it out

Add the freshly chopped green onions
-
Put oil in the pot ~ add freshly chopped ginger and minced garlic
-
After sauteing, add light soy sauce
-
Just turn it into golden brown. Add the soup from the freshly steamed fish~ and then turn off the heat
-
Just pour it on the fish

Done~it tastes delicious
