Overview
A friend sent me a Peking duck, so I immediately couldn’t help but make some pancakes, add cucumber strips, shredded green onions, and sauce, and roll them up to eat. It’s really delicious

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour and stir until it becomes flocculent

Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 15 minutes

Knead into long strips and cut into small pieces slightly larger than the dumpling skin

Take two small cups, flatten them to the same size, apply oil on one side, and stack them with the other side

Roll out the dough into thin sheets

Heat the pan, add the dough, heat over low heat until one side changes color, turn over

When the other side bubbles, you can take it out. Uncover it while it's still hot, and you'll have two crusts
