Tiramisu’s best partner – finger biscuits
Overview
This biscuit is super simple. It only requires three raw materials: low flour, eggs and sugar, and there is no need to wash a lot of tools. Whether you eat it directly or use it with tiramisu or decorate small snacks, it is very delicious.

Ingredients: 50g cake flour, 2 eggs, 20g fine sugar.

Whites and yolks separated. Beat the egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites with an electric egg beater until wet peaks, add fine sugar and continue beating.

Add 1/2 of the egg whites to the egg yolks and mix evenly with a rubber spatula.

Pour the mixed egg batter into the remaining egg whites. Mix well.

Prepare a piping bag and round piping tip. Place the batter into a piping bag.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with greaseproof paper.
