Potted yogurt

Overview

I've had potted milk tea before, and it was shaped like this, and I remember it very deeply ~ It's a layer of cream floating on top of the milk tea, and then sprinkled with Oreos. Later, when I read the recipe, I found that using yogurt is more convenient, and the combination of sweet and sour tastes very good~~ The ingredients for this small dessert are easy to obtain, the preparation is simple, and the finished product is unique and tastes good. Well worth trying!

Steps

  1. Choose very thick yogurt, such as old yogurt. This way the cookie crumbs can be sprinkled on top very securely. I was lazy and just bought old yogurt in cups. This way you even save cups~

  2. Twist the Oreo cookies and scrape off the cream in the middle with a spoon. Then put the biscuits in a plastic bag and grind them into powder with the back of a spoon. The back of a spoon works better than grinding it by hand! It will be very painful if you crush it with your hands~

  3. Sprinkle the cookie crumbs evenly over the yogurt. The scene does have an earthy feel~

  4. Decorate with small green leaves. By the way, I couldn’t find small leaves in the supermarket, so I pulled two young leaves from my own flowers =_=

  5. It really looks like a potted plant! It’s time to eat~~
