Ham sausage roll
Overview
I used 4 egg yolks to make dragon fruit ice cream, but there were still 4 egg whites left, so I was wondering how to eat it well? When you see a ham sausage in the refrigerator, add some chopped green onions and make a ham sausage protein roll. This ham sausage and egg white roll can be eaten with wine, rice, or as a snack.

Add some starch to the egg whites and beat well
