A relatively classic dish.

Steps
-
Boil some water in a pot. After the water boils, put the bacon down and cook for a minute or two. You can remove dust, greasiness, etc. from the surface of the bacon without cooking it. If it is salty after all, you can cook it for a little longer. (There are three sausages in the picture, which are used for other dishes)
-
Rinse the cooked bacon with hot water and slice it into slices. The fatter meat can be cut separately. When frying, the fat meat will go into the pot first. Cooked bacon is also easier to cut.
-
Remove the gluten from the snow peas and wash them clean.
-
Prepare some garlic.
-
Boil some more water and put some oil in the water.
-
After the water boils, put the snow peas down and cook for about a minute. The purpose is to cook evenly when frying, and it does not need to be fried for a long time. The boiled snow peas were about to be served out, but I forgot to take a photo.
-
Heat oil in pan.
-
Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
-
Add bacon and stir-fry. The fat ones can be fried first to get the oil, and then the less fat ones can be added.
-
After the bacon is cooked, put down the boiled snow peas, add some salt and stir-fry them together.
-
After stir-frying evenly, you can add some sugar and light soy sauce. Just fry the snow peas until the softness and hardness are suitable for you. Some people like them very crispy, but I like them softer and more flavorful.
-
You can add some oyster sauce before serving.
