Noodle dish cake
Overview
Noodle vegetable Noodle vegetable, also called noodle tree here, is a wild vegetable like shepherd's purse. It mostly grows on the edge of fields and wheat fields in early spring. Its leaves are long and slender and shaped like noodles, so it is named after it. Noodles are eaten in many ways at home in Henan. They can be used as a side dish for soup noodles, served cold, stir-fried, made into soup, mixed with stuffing... They are very delicious. I don’t know what the word for “cake” is, but we all call it “cake” here~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Choose fresh noodle dishes
-
Wash and dry the noodles~
-
Adding an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the dried noodle dishes can make the noodles absorb cornmeal without making the resulting cake sticky
-
Add cornmeal and stir evenly so that every noodle dish is covered with cornmeal (you can add more cornmeal to make it delicious)
-
Put it into the steamer and steam for 20 minutes~ (The noodles are just soft~)
-
Steamed noodle dishes and cake~ (It’s so foggy)
-
Prepare the vinegar-garlic sauce and set aside. You can add a little soy sauce to the vinegar-garlic sauce for freshness. (I ate it as soon as it came out of the pan and forgot to take a photo. I didn’t remember until after I finished eating hehe)
-
You can also use alfalfa sprouts for steaming, which is also delicious~
