Fried corn with ham
Overview
Now is the time to eat corn. I learned this dish in Chongqing many years ago. The first time I tasted this dish, I was full of praise. In the past, corn was boiled, eaten by nibbling, and fried. After visiting Chongqing, I fell in love with eating corn. Every year when corn comes out, I buy a lot of it and fry it in various ways. Choose yellow corn, not too old or too tender

Pull open the corn and wash it with clean water to remove the impurities inside

Washed corn

If the corn feels a bit older. Put it in a pot of cold water and cook for a few times. Once it boils, pick it up immediately

Cut the green pepper into sections; cut the ham into small cubes

Put oil in the pot

When the oil is 60% hot, fry the green pepper sections first

Then add corn and fry for 2 minutes. Add salt along the way to taste

Then add dried sea pepper [the dried sea pepper adds color and spicy taste], diced ham
