Therefore, her skills improved slowly, and she did it very little by herself! Mima has finally mastered the skill of making bread. Let’s make the simplest and most basic bread. Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine bucket in order of liquid first and then powder. You can adjust by leaving 10 grams of water. Keep the sugar, salt and yeast separate.

Start the bread machine and add the butter after 30 minutes.

Start the dough mixing process again, check the dough after 30 minutes, and use my bread machine to knead the dough. The dough cannot fully expand at this time, so you need to start the dough rising process again. After 20 minutes, the dough can be pulled out of the glove film and directly enter the dough rising process. This picture of the dough is borrowed, and the actual dough is bigger than this.

Divide and shape the risen dough and let rest for ten minutes. I divided the dough into nine.

Roll the shaped dough into a long shape. Do not push it forcefully during the rolling process. If it cannot be pushed easily, you can relax it slightly before rolling it out.
