Stir-fried red vine with garlic
Overview
In the past, an old woman would often pick and sell them at the vegetable market. I couldn't remember whether it cost one yuan or two yuan a handful. I haven't bought one for a long time. The reason why I didn't buy it was that my old man found out that this thing is edible and quite delicious. He didn't know where he found out that this thing has a fire-clearing effect, so he picked it up from time to time, so I didn't have to buy it. I moved to a dormitory some time ago, and unexpectedly, it grows in the ground downstairs and no one else picks it 😂😂😂 Red vine is the name she got after asking about it. I always thought it was the vine of the fungus, a thin shoot of the fungus. There are two types: red, purple and green. I don’t know which one is the real name. When I bought them in the past, they were mostly green, and the old lady would put a few leaves in the middle every time. The leaves were clearly fungus.
